What do you do at DDT?
I am the go-to person for building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with our clients, serving as their trusted advisor and biggest cheerleader. Developing and executing tailored plans helps clients achieve their goals and ensures they have nothing less than a 5-star experience with our firm. To support this, gathering and analyzing client feedback allows for continuous enhancement of our services and preemptive resolution of any concerns. Acting as a liaison between clients and our legal team ensures clear communication and swift resolution of any issues that arise. Keeping clients informed and educated about the legal process and our efforts to meet their needs is a crucial aspect of the role. This, combined with collaboration with attorneys and support staff, guarantees a seamless client experience from start to finish.
I Manage our Facebook group, fostering a supportive community where clients feel valued and heard. My goal is to turn clients into raving fans who are so thrilled with our services that they eagerly refer us to their family and friends.
