Klaudia Jasinski

Klaudia Jasinski is a dedicated attorney with over a decade of experience in traffic and criminal defense law, including administrative Secretary of State hearings. Known for her unwavering commitment to her clients, Klaudia excels in navigating the complexities of legal challenges, offering robust advocacy and support. Before joining DDT, she served as a 711 law clerk at the Cook County Public Guardian’s Office, where she played a crucial role in cases involving neglected and abused children, as well as contentious custody disputes. Klaudia gained extensive experience in private practice, where she litigated and negotiated a wide range of cases, from speeding tickets and DUIs to aggravated unlawful use of weapons (UUWs) and sex crimes.
Originally from Poland, Klaudia moved to the United States as a child and grew up on the Northwest side of Chicago. She is a graduate of Loyola Academy in Wilmette and earned her undergraduate degree from DePaul University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a double major in Political Science and Communications, and a minor in Spanish. During her undergraduate studies, Klaudia interned at the Dáil Éireann (Irish Parliament) in Dublin, Ireland, where she focused on immigration and human rights legislation. She further expanded her international perspective during her time at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago by participating in a human rights delegation to Vietnam.
Outside the courtroom, Klaudia contributes to her community as a board member of the Legion of Young Polish Women and shares her cultural heritage through teaching Polish Folk dancing.
